This week we want to chat about Community. The power of community and the impact it can have on those around us!

Community is often referred to the area we live in and relates to our personal life but to us, it is so much more. We have our personal communities and just as importantly we have our work communities. We spend so much time at work and doing passion jobs, that it is important to appreciate and work on all our communities.

In a world where we are all connected, it can be easy to forget the power of coming together as a community. But when we do, we have the opportunity to create something bigger than ourselves. We can support each other, lift each other up, and create positive change in the world.

Community is a powerful force that can have a profound impact within the NDIS industry. By coming together and supporting each other, we have the ability to create positive change and make a difference in the lives of others. It's not just about what we can do for ourselves, but about the impact we can have on those around us. Building strong, supportive communities can bring people together, create a sense of belonging, and make the world a more compassionate and connected place. By now you will either be rolling your eyes saying, ‘more wishy washy garble’ or you are as excited as us about what you bring to all your communities!

As we all support the NDIS Industry, building community can assist us to find a sense of purpose and fulfillment in our own lives and those of the participants! We truly believe that when we feel like we belong to a community, we feel more supported, less stressed, and more able to cope with life's challenges. Imagine what impact this would have on all the participants that we all support!

Over the coming weeks, there are some great things happening within our NDIS community. An impactful series of events are the One Community Ready-Set-Connect events. The founders behind One Community have a great passion for supporting everyone and their events truly have impacted the communities that we have been apart of. In addition to these events, we also have our networking events, where the purpose is to build community and educate those around us to support our communities better.
