We're reaching out from Team Apoio, and before you break a sweat trying to pronounce our name, take a deep breath—it's all in good humour!
We get it; "Apoio" is a tongue twister for many. Picture this: a team dedicated to support the NDIS community with a name that needs support itself. It's like choosing a cat with a complicated name—what were we thinking, right?
But hey, we're here to make your life easier, not add linguistic hurdles. Feel free to pronounce it any way you like. Seriously, we've heard it all, from Ap-oy-oh to Apo-ee-oh. It's like a choose-your-own-adventure, but with syllables.
Just to clear the air, we say it like the Aussie chant: "Aussie Aussie Aussie, Oi Oi Oi," but replace the Aussie with Ap and add an "o" at the end. Ap-OI-o. Yep, we're embracing the quirks.
